Fine-needle aspiration cytology of the axillary lymph node was diagnostic for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma. [A] FNAC of the nodule showing intermediate-to-large sized cells with prominent central nucleoli and numerous apoptotic bodies (Papanicolaou stain, x400). [B] Cell block preparation from the aspirated material showing similar cellular features (Hematoxylin & Eosin stain, x400). The tumor cells were positive for CD 20 [C] and had a high Ki-67 [D] labelling index (Immunoperoxidase stain, x400).
