Today Epistemis is free. All of it
All 730 guides, all 2,778 questions, the atlas and the 316 calculators. No ads, no crippled version, nothing locked behind a paywall. This page says in advance what will change when subscriptions switch on — and what never will.

The purchase buttons are not even shown: selling something that is not switched on would be deceptive.
Founder
3 monthsof Premium, free
The first 500 people to install Epistemis join the Founder programme: 3 months of Premium free from your sign-up date.
- Applied automatically on launch, nothing to do
- Your 3 months are sealed at sign-up and are not trimmed later
- No card and no commitment
- The founder badge stays for good — with an account
For now the programme closes by date (until 31 October 2026), because counting exactly 500 sign-ups needs a server-side counter that does not exist yet. It will be brought forward as that figure approaches. Beyond the 3 months nothing is promised: if there is ever a founder discount on subscriptions, it will be announced in the changelog.
Premium (later on)
US$ 17.99/month once live
Or US$ 107.99 a year — half the price of twelve separate months. When it exists, it will pay for infrastructure, not for locking the syllabus away.
- 7-day free trial before the first charge
- The 2,400-question bank with no daily cap
- All 312 branching cases and 68 clinical scenarios, no limits
- Unlimited clinical floor: on-call, rounds, handover, POCUS, blood gases
- Atlas quizzes and OSCE stations with no limits
- Timed block mock exam
- Trend, projection to your exam date and targeted reinforcement
- Adaptive "What to study today" plan and AI-generated flashcards
Prices shown for Colombia are $ 39,900 a month and $ 239,900 a year; your store converts to your own currency. The amount that counts is the one the store shows you at checkout, with your country’s taxes already included. None of this is active today: it will be announced in the changelog before anyone is charged.
Founder status is automatic — keeping it is not
There is nothing to do to join: opening Epistemis while the window is open is enough, and your sign-up date is sealed with the 3 months in force at that moment, even if the programme changes later.
But with no account, that record lives only on that device. Epistemis does not allow Android's automatic backup — a privacy decision, not an oversight: what never leaves the device does not end up in anyone's backup either. The consequence is that reinstalling the app or switching phones wipes your founder status silently, and the app warns you about it. Sign in once and it travels with you.
What will never be paid
Putting a medical syllabus behind a wall is the opposite of why this app exists. These four stay as they are.
| Feature | Today | Once Premium exists |
|---|---|---|
| The guides and the syllabus | Free | Free, always |
| The image atlas | Free | Free, always |
| The clinical calculators | Free | Free, always |
| Offline use, no account | Yes | Yes, always |
| Ads and trackers | None | None, ever |
Why say this ahead of time
Because the alternative is that someone installs the app, uses it for three months and one day finds half the syllabus locked. Writing it here, dated and in advance, is what turns a promise into something you can hold us to.
Join the Founder programme
The first 500 installs get 3 months of Premium free. Nothing to register: it activates on its own when you open the app.
Free. No account required. Works offline from the first launch.
