Initial workup

Exploration of all chains, blood count and smear; ultrasound and biopsy if suspicious.

red flags

Hard, fixed, painless lymph node >2 cm or persistent >4 weeks with constitutional syndrome → biopsy.

Standard management

  • Observation / treat infection — reactive adenopathy
