Initial workup

Exploration (Romberg, finger-nose), B12, neuroimaging without focality.

red flags

Sudden onset ataxia with headache/vomiting or focality → cerebellar stroke.

Standard management

  • Treat the cause — B12 supplement, remove toxins…
