Initial workup
Pregnancy, prolactin and TSH test; review medications; Pituitary MRI if prolactin is very high.
red flags
Galactorrhea with amenorrhea and visual field alteration (macroprolactinoma).
Standard management
- Dopamine agonist — cabergoline in prolactinoma
- Review/remove offending drugs
