Maximum Expiratory Flow: Variability, Zones and Predicted Value

The diurnal variability of peak expiratory flow is a diagnostic criterion for asthma in itself, and the colored zones are the basis of any written action plan. The prediction uses the Nunn and Gregg equations, which are the ones most European scale meters are calibrated for.
