Distinguish central (respect the forehead) from peripheral; if it is central or there are other deficits, stroke code.

Facial weakness that does NOT respect the forehead or with other focal symptoms → stroke (activate code).
Standard management
- Corticoid — precocious in Bell's palsy
- Stroke code — if it respects the forehead or there are other deficits
