Initial workup

Complete examination (ears, abdomen, skin, eyes); urine strip.

red flags

Crying with bilious vomiting, currant jelly stools or lethargy → intussusception/sepsis.

Standard management

  • Treat the cause — analgesia/ATB if applicable
