Initial workup

Clinic; search trigger; if chronic, directed study.

red flags

Hives with lip/tongue swelling, dyspnea or dizziness → anaphylaxis (immediate adrenaline).

Standard management

  • H1 antihistamine — first line
  • IM Adrenaline — yes anaphylaxis
