ITB, vascular examination and sensitivity; biopsy if atypical.

red flags

Ulcer with irregular edges that does not heal (rule out neoplasia) or with signs of infection/ischemia.

Standard management

  • Cure according to type + cause control — compression in venous, revascularize in arterial
